Returns/Exchanges
Rachellidesign.com is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, unwashed and unworn within 30 days of the order date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the same form of the original payment. An exchange or store credit will be offered for unwashed and unworn merchandise that is returned after 30 days from the original purchase date. In addition, all sale merchandise will only be issued an exchange or store credit. No returns or exchanges are available for items that have been washed and/or worn. Any item that is received defected will be offered an exchange. Please contact us at returns@rachellidesign.com to obtain a Return Authorization number before returning any merchandise.
